Your Lubay piece needs a little adjustment?

At Lubay, each piece is designed to be with you for a long time. But like anything made with care – and by human hands – a small snag can happen.

A seam that's tiring, a handle that needs a little attention: if your Lubay piece shows a sign of weakness, we're here for you.

Every request is handled with the utmost care in our studio-atelier in Belgium, with the same meticulousness as during its creation.

How to proceed?

​

• First, write to us via the form below or by e-mail at soho@lubay.be. This is essential so we can assess the situation and guide you.

• We'll then send you a shipping label. You can then either drop off your piece at the atelier or send it to us by post.

• The repair time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of its reception.

• Once repaired, your Lubay piece will be sent back to you, ready to hit the road by your side.

 

Good news! Repairs are covered by us. Shipping costs to our atelier and return costs to you are also offered.

 

 

What we don't cover

​

If you're carrying bricks in your bag or trying a tumble dryer run... we might have a hard time keeping up.

Our repair service does not cover:

• Damage related to inappropriate or overly strenuous use (e.g., carrying dumbbells in your bag)

• Machine washing or other contraindicated treatments

• "Homemade" makeovers (however creative they may be!)
