Our pieces are designed to stay with you for a long time, which is why we guarantee everything we make. If your LUBAY piece needs repair (a damaged handle, a loose seam, etc.), we are here for you.

How to do?

Contact us via the form below or via e-mail (soho (@) lubay.be). You can then either drop off your LUBAY at the workshop or send it to us by post. Then your piece will be repaired within 2-4 weeks from the time we receive it. When the repair is complete, we ship it bac to you. We just ask you to bear the shipping costs from your place to ours, we bear the repair costs and the return costs from the workshop to your place.

On the other hand, we are not responsible for the misuse of a piece, such as machine washing when prohibited, tumble drying, excessive weight put in certain bags, etc.
