Belgium: € 7.74 (free from € 230). Neighbouring countries (France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands): € 9. European Union and rest of Europe: € 34.60. Mediterranean Basin and North America: € 51.10. Rest of the world: € 69.20. Free collection at the workshop by appointment.

What are Lubay's delivery times?

Belgium: maximum 30 working days after payment validation. Neighbouring countries: 45 working days. Rest of the world: 60 working days for countries outside the European Union.

Can I return a Lubay item?

You have 14 calendar days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition with labels and packaging. Return costs are your responsibility. Personalized or bespoke items cannot be accepted.

Customs duties and taxes

Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking the applicable regulations in your country before placing an order.

Delivery times

For items in stock, dispatch takes place as soon as possible after order confirmation.

In Belgium, deliveries are generally made on the next working day after dispatch.

For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
According to indicative information provided by Bpost for standard shipments, delivery times generally range from 2 to 10 working days, excluding any customs procedures in the destination country.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

For pre-orders, production times are indicated at checkout and are added to the shipping time.

Receiving your order

Deliveries take place between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on working days.
In case of absence, a delivery notice is left and you must contact the carrier within 15 days to arrange a new delivery. After this period, the order is returned to our studio and additional fees may apply.

Please check your parcel upon receipt.
In case of visible damage, refuse the parcel or make written reservations.
For any claim, contact us at soho@lubay.be within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

Returns

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel your purchase, without penalty and without justification, in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

How to proceed

Notify us of your intention by email to soho@lubay.be specifying:

Your full name
A detailed description of the items concerned
The number and date of your invoice

Or use the official form available on the FPS Economy website.

Return Conditions

Return the item to the address communicated by email after notification. Keep your proof of shipment.

Items must be returned within 14 days of your notification, in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition, with all labels and accessories. Worn, damaged items, or items with removed labels cannot be accepted.

Return costs and risks are your responsibility.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, specify this in your email. We will confirm the availability of the item and any possible supplement or partial refund.

In case of a compliant return, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible after receiving the items. The refund is made via the payment method used during the order, minus any applied vouchers or discounts.

Exclusions

Bespoke or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items that do not comply with the return conditions remain at your disposal in our workshop. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, we reserve the right to refuse a future order.
