This rate covers all costs to your door: international shipping (including full insurance and coverage up to €500), US import duties, customs handling fees, and Zonos service fees, bpost's partner responsible for the secure transmission of data to US customs authorities. No additional charges at delivery.

Customs duties and taxes
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking the applicable regulations in your country before placing an order.
Delivery times
In-stock items are dispatched as soon as possible after order confirmation.
Within Belgium, delivery generally takes place the next business day after dispatch.
For international shipments, delivery times vary by destination. As a guideline: between 2 and 10 business days, excluding any customs procedures.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by factors outside our control.
For pre-orders, the production lead times indicated at checkout are in addition to shipping times.
Receiving your order
Deliveries take place between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on working days.
In case of absence, a delivery notice is left and you must contact the carrier within 15 days to arrange a new delivery. After this period, the order is returned to our studio and additional fees may apply.
Please check your parcel upon receipt. If there is visible damage, refuse the parcel or note your reservations in writing.

No, any customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient (except for deliveries to the United States, where everything is included in the All-Inclusive Shipping rate). We invite you to check the applicable regulations in your country before ordering.
Do delivery times include production?
For pre-orders, production times indicated at checkout are added to the shipping time.

Refuse the parcel or make written reservations and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
