The studio-atelier is open by appointment. You can discover the vegan next-gen materials in person, see the proportions of each model, and ask questions directly about the pieces.
Our bags and accessories are presented here in a calm setting, suited to an attentive discovery.

How it works
Lubay works in small batches: when a piece is sold, it is remade — the usual production time for out-of-stock pieces is around one week before shipping. All pieces remain available to order at all times, even when not immediately in stock.
The exact lead time is always confirmed at the time of the order, online or at the studio.
Buying direct
Ordering directly from Lubay means direct contact before and after the order, full traceability from design to production, and precise information on every model and material.
We favour clear, straightforward exchanges focused on the pieces and how they are made.

Can I see the bags before buying?
Yes. By appointment at the studio, you can discover our bags and accessories, materials and colours.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. Any order placed on the website can be returned within 14 days. Full conditions are available on the site.
What is the lead time for a made-to-order piece?
Around one week before shipping. The exact lead time is always confirmed at the time of the order.
Can I discover the vegan next-gen materials in person?
Yes. Leap® and Grape Skin® can be seen and handled at the studio during a visit.
