If you wish to request an exchange rather than a refund, please specify this in your email.
We will confirm item availability and any additional payment or partial refund.
In the event of a compliant return, the purchase price will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the items, using the payment method used at the time of the order, minus any vouchers or discounts applied.
Exclusions
Items made to measure or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items returned but not compliant with the return conditions remain available at our studio.
In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, we reserve the right to refuse a future order.
